5. I re-read and then if needed incorporate a few keyword phrase into the informational content.

With the title only when I cam I begin with the keyword phrase or at least the main keyword if not I use it at the end or in the case of this article both places. Do I then sit and count each fraise like some of my more nerdy counter parts in the seo world?
